In case the client wishes to take up business and found a company or the client has already founded a company, but changes in the registry card or circle of owners are necessary, the law office has the necessary experience for that since year 1987. We shall also prepare contracts that are necessary for regulating the relations between shareholders and also clients. If the client does not need the company, the law office can find a purchaser on propitious terms.
